How Our "pay us later" Repair service works
Some people are not comfortable paying for a service before the work is done. We love those people! We have a program called "Pay Us Later". Simply send us your device and we will diagnose it, get permission from you to start repairs, fix it and then you pay us for the repairs and we send it back to you. Print this Repair Information form, fill it out and mail it with your device. This way we will know everything we need to know when we get your console.
Ship it off to us. Use the shipping address provided to you on the form. Be sure that you pack your item well so it does not get broken during shipping.
When we receive your package we first verify and/or diagnose the problem. If we find something that you need to know about we will email you and let you know. We will use the email you provide us on the Repair Information form. After we know what needs to be done we start repairs.
Here at TronicsFix we use professional tools and equipment that enables us to complete repairs in a timely manner. We know fast, accurate work is important and we strive to get our repairs done as quickly and accurately as possible.
Once repairs are finished we get your device packaged well and get it shipped out to the address you provide on the Repair Information form. Normally we use Priority Mail shipping, but sometimes we use other services as well. You should receive your item within 5 business days, but normally you will get it sooner.
