Xbox One Repair Help
Microsoft's Xbox One game console is a great system and seems to have fewer problems than the 360's. That being said it still does have it's issues. While the Xbox One does not seem to have the RROD (red ring of death) it still does have some issues that you might need help fixing. Here are a few of the common problems we see and some ideas that might help you figure out what the problem is.
Faulty HDMI Port
This one is generally not Microsoft's fault...too many people are really hard on their HDMI ports. We see ports that look like someone took a screwdriver to them and purposely messed them up. While the Xbox One has a MUCH stronger port than the older models of Playstation 4 consoles they still do go bad and you do need to be careful with them. Read more about this here>>>
Bad Hard Drive
We've seen quite a few of these consoles come in with bad hard drives. Some of the things we see when this happens is the console will seem to start up normally, the light on the power button will come on, the power brick will be on and the TV will show that there is a signal going to it, but nothing shows up on the screen. There are other things that could be causing this problem (like a bad HDMI port) but sometimes it's a bad hard drive that is causing it.
